By accessing or using InvoiceIQ (invoiceiq.in), a product of Advaita Ventures, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
InvoiceIQ is an AI-powered invoice data extraction tool that helps users extract structured data from GST invoices in PDF and JPEG format and export the results to Excel. The service is intended for use by Indian businesses, accountants, CAs, and MSMEs.
You may use the service without an account for one free invoice extraction. To purchase tokens or access additional features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or phone number (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
InvoiceIQ operates on a prepaid token system. 1 token = 1 invoice page processed. Tokens are purchased in packs at prices listed on the website at the time of purchase. Tokens do not expire. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor.
You agree to use InvoiceIQ only for lawful purposes and only with invoices and documents that you own or have the legal right to process. You must not upload documents containing malicious code, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, circumvent access controls, or use the service in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
InvoiceIQ uses AI and OCR technology to extract data from invoices. While we strive for high accuracy, extraction results are not guaranteed to be error-free. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all extracted data before use in any financial, accounting, or tax filing process. InvoiceIQ is a productivity tool and does not constitute financial, accounting, or legal advice.
All software, design, trademarks, and content of InvoiceIQ are the property of Advaita Ventures. You retain all ownership rights to the invoice documents and data you upload. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advaita Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of InvoiceIQ, including but not limited to errors in extracted data, data loss, or financial loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for tokens in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting jainishchaudhari3@gmail.com. Unused tokens at the time of termination are subject to our Refund Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
