Summary: Tokens are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of technical failure on our end. We offer a free 1-invoice trial so you can verify the service works for your documents before buying.
Tokens are prepaid digital credits that are consumed at the time of invoice processing. Because each token directly triggers AI computation, tokens are non-refundable once used. Unused token balances are also non-refundable except under the circumstances listed in Section 2. Tokens never expire and remain on your account indefinitely.
We strongly encourage you to use the free trial invoice before purchasing to ensure InvoiceIQ meets your needs.
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
• Double charge: You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
• Tokens not credited: Payment was confirmed but tokens were not added to your account within 24 hours.
• Service unavailability: A complete outage lasting more than 72 hours prevented you from using your purchased tokens.
• Extraction failure charged: A token was deducted but the extraction returned no data due to a server error on our end.
Contact us via any of the methods below with subject/opening line "Refund Request — [your registered email]". Include the date of purchase, the amount paid, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are returned via the same method used for payment (bank transfer, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days of approval.
If you choose to close your account with unused tokens, please contact us before closure. Refund requests for unused token balances will be evaluated case-by-case.
