This Privacy Policy describes how InvoiceIQ, a product of Advaita Ventures (Sole Proprietor: Jainishkumar Gunvantbhai Chaudhari), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service at invoiceiq.in.
Account information: When you sign up with Google or phone number, we collect your name, email address, and/or phone number via Firebase Authentication.
Invoice files: Files you upload (PDF/JPEG) are processed in memory to extract data and are not permanently stored on our servers after extraction is complete.
Extracted data: The structured data extracted from your invoices (vendor names, GSTINs, amounts) is stored in your account so you can review and export it.
Payment information: Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
Usage data: We collect basic usage logs (pages visited, errors) to improve the service.
We use the information collected to provide and operate InvoiceIQ, process your token purchases, send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, OTPs), improve the accuracy of invoice extraction, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your invoice data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
Your account data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), which is hosted on Google Cloud in the us-central1 region. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption in transit and Firebase Security Rules to restrict data access.
Your extracted invoice records are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at jainishchaudhari3@gmail.com. Uploaded invoice files are not retained after processing.
We use the following third-party services: Firebase (Google) for authentication and database, a third-party payment processor for payment processing, and Google Cloud Vision / AI services for OCR and extraction. Each of these services has their own privacy policies.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, email jainishchaudhari3@gmail.com.
We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication (Firebase session cookies). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
